For a pay what you can rate, I will proofread and leave suggestions on your written works, whether it be for school assignments (secondary or post-secondary), resumes, fiction, non-fiction, or anything written (within reason). I will not rewrite anything for you, but I will offer my advice and suggestions on a grammatical, lexical, and structural level in order to improve the quality of your work.
Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto specializing in English Language and Literature, a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from OISE, nearly a decade of experience as an English teacher and tutor in private schools and academies, a year's experience as a Grading Assistant in York University, and five years of experience as a freelance editor.

I reserve the right to decline to read and edit works outside of what I am comfortable engaging with. This includes but is not limited to anything that is sexually explicit or violent to a degree I personally find disturbing, or contains a high level of law or medical jargon, as that is beyond my area of expertise.
By hiring my services you agree that I will not be held liable for any grades or remarks from academic institutions. I will abide by plagiarizing and copyright restrictions to the best of my ability, but it is your responsibility to share any restrictions your work may have with me. Any work shared with me will not be shared publicly on my end, either in whole or in part, and will remain your intellectual property.
